Bobbi
D365 Whisperer
I’m a lake girl at heart — which means I appreciate things that are practical, unpretentious, and actually work. My original path in college was Vocal Music, and I ended up with a bachelors degree in Sociology. Completely unrelated to ERP systems, but I’d argue it taught me a lot about breaking complex things down into learnable pieces and performing under pressure — both of which come in handy more than you’d think.
After working in the “real world” for a minute, I went back to school and ended up with an MBA and a Masters in Organizational Management. My career path has been a windy road, but I’ve always found two truths in where I’ve landed: I’m a sponge and I want to learn ALL the things, and I then want to help others so their path is a little bit easier.
These days I spend my days a D365 Functional Architect, where I’m the person in the room who speaks both “accountant” and “system” — translating between what the business needs and what the technology can do. It’s work I genuinely love, and this blog is an extension of that same mission.
